My path into health and wellness coaching wasn't a straight line — it was shaped by a lifelong desire to support others, a deep curiosity about health, and my own personal experiences navigating what it truly takes to create change.
For years, I saw the same pattern — both in myself and others — the gap between knowing what to do and consistently living it out. Over time, I realized it wasn't a lack of knowledge that held people back, but often the absence of support, accountability, and space to step back and reconnect with what truly matters.
That realization led me to health and wellness coaching. I began to see how powerful it is to have someone walk alongside you — someone who listens, supports, and helps you move forward in a way that feels realistic and aligned with your life. Because lasting change doesn't come from simply being told what to do — it comes from feeling understood, supported, and empowered to make it your own.
After completing my training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association, I chose to continue my education through their Professional Health and Wellness Coaching program — building on a foundation I already trusted and valued. I later pursued national board certification to deepen my ability to support clients through meaningful and sustainable change.
